ISAAC AFIA & PARTNERS was founded on 21 December 2020 by ESV. Isaac Afia with a clear mission: to help real estate owners and investors unlock the full potential of their assets through integrity, competence, and modern technology.
Since then, we have grown into a recognised consultancy delivering integrated, research-driven solutions across valuation, investment advisory, property and facility management, development consulting, rural estate management, and real estate brokerage. Today, our managed portfolio generates annual rentals exceeding N300 million, a reflection of the trust and responsibility placed on us by property owners, investors, and institutions.
